ESMC Series (Signal, Power, and Hybrid)

Adam Tech’s ESMC Series delivers dependable, high-performance board-to-board connectivity in compact pitch designs, including 1.27mm signal, 2.54mm power, and hybrid power-signal configurations, engineered to meet a wide range of PCB requirements. The 1.27mm ESMC Signal Series offers versatile stacking and coplanar solutions in 2 to 80 positions, while the ESMC Power Series is available in 2 to 12 positions, with each precision-formed contact supporting up to 24A for stable, high-current transmission. The ESMC Hybrid Series combines dedicated power and signal contacts in a single connector interface and is available in 10, 20, 32, and 44 position configurations to simplify PCB layouts while supporting both power distribution and signal transmission. The ESMC Signal Series also includes cable assembly options and press-fit connector solutions, providing expanded interconnect flexibility and secure, solderless termination capabilities for demanding applications. Together, these products support parallel, perpendicular, and side-by-side board arrangements, with vertical and right-angle orientations, as well as low, mid, and high profile options. Featuring selective gold plating and robust terminal structures, the ESMC family ensures excellent conductivity, mechanical strength, and long-term reliability.
